To cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trips. NO REFUNDS will be issued in the event of (i) cancellation within 24 hours prior to the start time of the rental period or (ii) a guest arrives later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time for the rental period. You acknowledge and agree that you will be held responsible for any and all damages to the snowshoe rental equipment provided by Expedition Detroit, including but not limited to the provided snowshoes, poles, and headlamp (the "Equipment"). Any damage or deficiency to the equipment must be reported to Expedition Detroit personnel prior to scheduled use. In the event that any Equipment is damaged during your snowshoe rental, you hereby authorize Expedition Detroit to charge the credit card that you provide for securing the snowshoe rental for an amount not to exceed $100.00 for Equipment replacement (the "Replacement Fee"). You further acknowledge and agree that the Replacement Fee is reasonable in cost in scope and does not constitute a "penalty" under Michigan common law.
